Overview
LaunchWise LLC, DBA Syndicate Betting Intelligence ("we") operates Syndicate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website and apps.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, role/tier, invite and referral codes, and profile preferences you set in Settings.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, sport filters, notification preferences, and similar product analytics needed to operate and improve the service.
- Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: support messages, access-request forms, and email-delivery metadata for digests you opt into.
- Device data (if enabled): push notification tokens and basic device information for mobile alerts.
- Content you create: saved slips, notes, and tracking entries associated with your account.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and personalize the Syndicate experience.
- Authenticate users and enforce invite-only access.
- Process subscriptions and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, schedule digests you enable).
- Measure product quality, diagnose errors, and improve models and UX.
- Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Syndicate, under contracts that limit their use:
- Supabase — authentication and account storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Email delivery providers — transactional and opt-in marketing/digest emails.
- Firebase / Apple / Google — push notifications when you enable them on mobile.
- Infrastructure hosts — application hosting and logging (e.g., our production servers).
Cookies & local storage
We use essential browser storage for login sessions and product preferences (theme, bankroll, onboarding state). See our Cookie & Storage Policy for detail.
Retention
We retain account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing records, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to limits below.
Your choices & rights
- Update preferences in Settings (email digests, sports, sportsbook, notifications).
- Cancel subscriptions via the billing portal linked from Account.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us — we will respond as required by applicable law.
- Disable push notifications in device or app settings.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password and protect your device.
Children
Syndicate is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
