Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Syndicate, a betting-intelligence and research product operated by LaunchWise LLC, DBA Syndicate Betting Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our") at https://syndicate.launchwisebc.com. By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Syndicate.
What Syndicate is — and is not
Syndicate provides sports-betting research, calibrated win probabilities, market comparisons, tracking tools, and educational content. Syndicate does not operate as a sportsbook, casino, or wagering exchange. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or settle wagers on your behalf.
Any bet you place is made entirely with a licensed sportsbook or other third party of your choice. QuickSlip and similar features may deep-link you to external books; those services are governed by their own terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Access is invite-only unless we explicitly open public registration.
- You may use Syndicate only where sports-betting research and related activities are lawful for you. You are solely responsible for compliance with local, state, federal, and tribal laws.
- You may not use Syndicate if you are on a self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling-related services in your jurisdiction.
Account & access
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, chargebacks, or to protect the platform and other users.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid tiers (e.g., Pro, Premium) are billed through Stripe. Prices, trial periods, and features shown in the app at checkout apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your account or through the billing portal we provide.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Syndicate data, models, or outputs without written permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, tier gates, or invite restrictions.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, or to interfere with platform operations.
- Do not misrepresent Syndicate picks, probabilities, or track record in marketing or to third parties.
Intellectual property
Syndicate's software, branding, models, copy, and curated content are owned by LaunchWise LLC, DBA Syndicate Betting Intelligence or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own research while your account is active.
Disclaimers
Syndicate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee profits, winning outcomes, or uninterrupted access. Probabilities, edges, and recommendations are informational — not promises of results. See our Product Disclaimer and Responsible Gaming pages for additional detail.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchWise LLC, DBA Syndicate Betting Intelligence and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any wagering losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of Syndicate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Termination
You may stop using Syndicate at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with or without notice. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
